What this site collects and why, in plain terms.
Last updated October 28, 2026. This policy covers the website highriseoutdoors.com, operated by Highrise International Inc, Oakville, Ontario, Canada ("we").
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply. The review form on this site opens your own email app with the review filled in; nothing is sent until you press send. A review email contains the details you type: first name, province or state, product, where you bought it, rating and review text, plus your email address.
- Technical data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to serve and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.
Partner links
When you click a link to a partner (Autonomous, Boxabl, Canuck Cold Plunges, Sun Home or SaunaCloud), you leave this site. The partner, and any affiliate network it uses, may record the click and set cookies so the sale can be credited to us. They handle that data under their own policies. See the affiliate disclosure.
How we use information
To answer your messages, to decide whether to publish a review you submitted, and to keep the site working. If you submit a review, we may publish your first name, province or state and the review text. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your message. A published review stays up until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to publishing a review, by emailing hello@highriseoutdoors.com.
