Backyard homes · Boxabl Casita
A full backyard home, built in a factory.
When a pod isn't enough: the Boxabl Casita is a factory-built home with a kitchen and bathroom that ships folded and unfolds on site. Use it as a guest house, rental unit or a place for a family member.
Three sizes
Each Casita is sold either as the unit only, or as a turnkey package that includes delivery, installation and appliances. That's why each price is a range.

Plan for approvals. A Casita is a home with plumbing and electrical, so it's a much bigger project than a backyard pod. Expect to need local permits, a foundation and utility connections. Check your city's ADU rules and talk to Boxabl before ordering.
